Individualized training based on strict scientific principles adapted from 13 years in training people of every capability and level from 6yrs old to 90yrs old and begineers to pro atheletes. Advocated by chiropractors, massage therapists, physiotherapists, etc. Mentored by 2 NHL strength coaches and corrective strategies based on the work of Dr. Stu McGill (Spine Specialist)
