Back in 2017, Breathe was just a dream, a whisper. The journey towards creating its reality was not one without obstacles, frustrations.
In 2022, the dream starting to take shape, to mold itself into something new, awakening from within the journey and in 2023, Breathe was fully formed.
The first Breathe location, in Port Elgin, created a refuge from the stresses of the world. A place where one can come in and find oneself, find your way home.

Owner, Linda Vallee, is a mom, wife, teacher. After a successful career teaching, she became a stay at home mom, raising her two boys. Her journey into entrepreneurship started with a healing space downtown Owen Sound and evolved into owning multiple businesses, all that provide services to guide you within, finding your way home.
