About Us

A Remarkable Me Therapeutic Centre is a holistic wellness clinic located in Southampton, proudly serving the Saugeen Shores community. We provide therapeutic care designed to relieve pain, restore mobility, and support whole-body wellness in a calm, spa-inspired setting.

Our services include Registered Massage Therapy (deep tissue, prenatal/postpartum, TMJ treatment, hot stone, and low-intensity laser therapy). We are especially proud to offer certified lymphatic massage therapy. As a Certified Lymphatic Massage Therapist, our approach goes beyond relaxation-focused techniques, using specialized training to support lymphatic flow, reduce swelling, aid recovery, and promote detoxification.

We also feature Saugeen Shores’ first Self-Guided Wellness Circuit — a private, client-led experience with infrared sauna, vibration plate, guided meditation, Bioflex red and near-infrared light therapy (plus blue and orange light for skin health), and a gentle stretch area. The circuit can be booked on its own or added before or after treatments. Memberships are available.
