Cedar Breeze Cottage

Cedarbreeze Cottage is a 10 minute walk to downtown and a short walk to the Southampton beach and some of the most beautiful sunsets in Canada. Cedarbreeze Cottage is also located beside the Saugeen Railtrail for walking or biking. This 3 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 8, one 3-piece bath, eat-in Kitchen Living Room, Deck and Firepit.

This cottage is for family rentals only. Dog friendly on approval by owners.

Sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a Queen size bed. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and a built in bunkbed with two single beds.

Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room

Electric heaters in each room (in case there are cool evenings)

Kitchen cupboards are equipped with all the necessities, including coffee maker (with paper filters), microwave, electric tea kettle, Stove, full-size refrigerator, serving dishes, pots, pans, trays, tableware, cutlery, etc. We also stock a small supply of paper towels, tin foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags, clean dish towels, dish soap, salt/pepper.

Living room is equipped with a large Flat-Screen TV (Satellite), DVD (with a large selection of DVD's), selection of board games, playing cards.

High-speed Internet/Wifi

3 piece bathroom. Bath mat and small supply of toilet paper supplied.

No-smoking/vaping (of all types) inside cottage.

Dog friendly cottage.

Outside deck is equipped with a patio table/umbrella that seats 6 and a Weber propane bbq (propane, scraper, utensils supplied).
