Cottage Sands - sleeps 10, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths - newly renovated outdoor living and dining space, fireplace, firepit, TV projector room, beach accessories, games room, outfitted kitchen with new fridge. 5-minute walk to the beach and to town.

Both places are air-conditioned, have lots of free parking and double-door garage for winter.
