The large private side yard gets a wonderful mix of sun and shade and can be used as a volleyball court. There is a good-sized back deck which is set back from the quiet tree-lined street, a firepit and horseshoes.

This cottage is just two blocks from popular South Beach swimming spot, 30 min walk into the lovely Southampton downtown and moments from the Rail Trail, which makes it a short bike ride into Port Elgin.

Equipped with basic kitchen equipment including: cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking implements, coffee machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, stove and BBQ. As well as an air conditioner, clothesline, Smart TV and internet. Blankets and pillows are provided but please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels, toiletries and firewood.
