About Primeau Appraisals
Primeau Appraisals is directed by Lauren Primeau, AACI, P.App.
Lauren received her full AACI designation in 2020, and has over 10 years of appraisal experience, specializing in commercial and agricultural/rural properties. She began her career working for the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC), giving her additional background on property tax assessments and appeals.
Lauren moved to Port Elgin in 2015, and after receiving her designation in 2020 decided to open her own practice after seeing a lack of qualified appraisers in the local area and hearing complaints from property owners about appraisers with little local knowledge giving poor value estimates. Lauren works alongside two AIC Candidate Members under her mentorship to provide Bruce and Grey Counties with professional appraisal services, backed up by local expertise.
